Why Allen Onyema Became A Fellow, CIBN

The Board of Fellows and Practice License of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), says the Institute conferred an Honourary Fellowship Award on Chairman of Air Peace, Dr. Allen Onyema at its 60th Anniversary Fellowship Investiture in Victoria Island, Lagos, on October 21, 2023, in acknowledgement of Onyema’s peace advocacy, constant promotion of broad nationalism and his several evacuation flights..

The Fellowship conferment is in recognition of Onyema’s invaluable contributions to the Institute, the banking industry and the economy at large as the CEO of Air Peace.

Onyema thanked the Institute for the honour and pledged to continue supporting it and using his commercial entities to positively impact the Nigerian economy. He further applauded the Institute for ensuring high professionalism in the banking profession.

Just last month, Allen Onyema was honoured with a Doctorate Degree by the Nigerian Defence Academy for his outstanding service to the nation and humanity in general
