The 24th anniversary of the Yamoussoukro Declaration (YD) took place at the 2023 YD Week held at Transcorp Hilton Hotel, Abuja, Nigeria from November 13 to 16, 2023 pushing the Pilots Implementation Programme (PIP). The event organized by African Civil Aviation Commission (AFCAC) had seven African Ministers in charge of air transportation in attendance, with other key aviation stakeholders.
