Working In Silos Will Not Help Nigeria’s Aviation Industry, Says BASL COO

The Acting Chief Operating Officer of Bicourtney Aviation Services Limited (BASL), Tosan Duncan has called for more communication and collaboration among aviation industry stakeholders, as part of the needed strategies to comply with the changing times, stating that working in silos by various players would not help the industry.
Speaking today at a panel session during the 27th Annual Conference of League of Airport & Aviation Conference (LAAC) held at Providence Hotel, Lagos, with the theme, Aviation Industry: Changing Times, Changing Strategies, Duncan said there was a need to address the challenges of human capital and provide the necessary tools and training for performance as another strategy for the times we are in.
She declared that BASL had embraced a tried and tested business model that ensures procedures are followed, adding that the best efforts in good governance were already being applied by the organization.
“We are also embracing an enterprise resource planning programme,” she said.
