How Finchglow TravelDen Will Expand Business In 2025, By MD
The Managing Director of Finchglow TravelDen, a subsidiary of Finchglow Holdings, Mr. Olugbenga Onitilo says the company plans to expand its business in key cities and secondary markets in the North, South-South and South East of Nigeria, while investing a lot in marketing in 2025.
Speaking during an interactive session held by Finchglow Holdings with journalists on the organization’s expectations for 2025, Onitilo said the company, which was already working at having a fully functional service call centre, would invest a lot in customer service and do affiliate programmes.
Mr. Onitilo who joined Finchglow Group in January 2025 said he intends to scale up the business as the Online Travel Agency (OTA), would be launched this year, while a mutual ecosystem would be built.
“We will be running a hybrid travel agency,” he said, noting that the Nigerian society is not yet fully e-commerce compliant, despite the level of internet penetration.
He said the Finchglow TravelDen would also focus on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and empower people.
“Within our TravelDen, we will create opportunities for empowerment of people to earn income for themselves,” said Onitilo.
