French Company To Establish First BIPV Aluminum Factory In Lagos
A group of French business investors are in the country to established a world class first BIPV (Building-integrated photovoltaic) aluminum factory in Lagos to help curb the high rate of fake aluminum products.
Investigation revealed that the aluminum factory, when established, will provide jobs for about 100 young Nigerians for a start that will be trained for six months on the latest technologies in aluminum designs by Chinese expatriates scheduled to arrive in the country soon.
State-of-the-art machines have been ordered for installation while operations have been billed to commence in August. Similar factories it was gathered, will be established in Abuja and Port-Harcourt with Lagos serving as its base as the investors have decided to make Lagos as the China of tomorrow for Africa.
The factory, which will have a massive showroom will attract distributors across the country while a professional team from China will hold fair exhibitions.
It was also learned that the investors have plans to establish Plafond second project (plywood) factory and water park in the country after the take-off of the aluminum factory
