ATSSSAN President Pledges Joint Efforts Towards Industry Progress
The newly elected President of Air Transport Senior Staff Services Association of Nigeria (ATSSSAN), Mr. John Ogbe says “this season of ATSSSAN is the era of peaceful and purposeful engagement in negotiating the welfare and working conditions of our members with relevant stakeholders. Moreover, we shall put efforts together with other critical stakeholders including the government and her agencies, private sector players and other aviation development partners to pilot and deliver the necessary progress of our industry.”
Delivering his speech after his election during the ATSSSAN National Delegates Conference held in Jos, Plateau State, Ogbe said “my earnest belief in UNIONISM resides in UNITY and ATSSSAN COMMUNISM. Thus, I renerge that all members of ATSSSAN COMMUNITY across the Nigerian aviation industry are one and all our matters are family affairs and shall be treated with all element of sincerity and seriousness. The election is over and the call to ATSSSAN administration is here with us.
Consequently, I am returning ATSSSAN to the owners and these are the branches. I will ensure that inclusivity shall be the Hallmark of this Union under our watch.”
He added that “all I have submitted above cannot be achieved alone. I am opened to positive suggestion and the National Secretariat will be attentive to this in the life of our ATSSSAN AWAKE ADMINISTRATION.”
