Arik Air Wins Best Customer-Centric Airline Brand In Nigeria Award
Arik Air has won the award of Best Customer-Centric Airline Brand in Nigeria 2022 at the 10th Mega Global Brands Magazine Awards held at the Palm Jumeirah-Waldorf Astonia, Dubai on December 10, 2022.
Arik Air was selected from a very competitive group of entrants, all of whom demonstrated unique and exceptional service delivery towards evolving airline sectors. According to the Global Brands Magazine research team, Arik Air was awarded this honour for its exceptional commitment to innovation, quality, branding activities, customer service and performance providing a robust system in Nigeria.
Global Brands Magazine (GBM), organizers of the award, is one of the largest brand publications. Each year, GBM conducts a series of awards for companies that have stood out among the industry leaders, demonstrating exceptional service and a unique vision. The Awards were established to honour excellence in performance across industries. An external research team was constituted to evaluate the nominees.
The international event presented participants networking opportunities with some of the top industry leaders, followed by entertainment by international artists and a Gala dinner.
Speaking on the award, Arik Air’s Chief Executive Officer, Captain Roy Ilegbodu thanked Global Brands Magazine research team for finding the airline worthy of the honour.
