African Air Transport Convention 2026: AFCAC Offers Final Exhibition, Sponsorship Slots

A final opportunity is on offer for confirmation of sponsorship and exhibition intentions at the African Air Transport Convention & Expo 2026, which will hold from June 15, 2026 in Lomé, Togo.

Organizers say at this stage, “only a limited number of exhibition and sponsorship opportunities remain available. This is your last window to position your organization at Africa’s premier aviation gathering before final allocation is closed.

Leading airlines, airports, ANSPs, manufacturers, and technology providers have already confirmed their participation. The question now is not whether this event matters — but whether your organization will be visibly represented in the room where Africa’s aviation future is being shaped.”

This event is important because  over 500 high-level participants will be there from across Africa and beyond, over 20 Ministers have confirmed participation. It will also host African Directors General of Civil Aviation, CEOs of airlines, airports, and aviation authorities, International and regional aviation organizations and global development partners and institutions.

“This is where decisions are influenced, partnerships are formed, and visibility translates into long-term business opportunities.

Whether you are seeking brand exposure, strategic positioning, or direct industry engagement, limited formats are still available — but allocation is strictly first-come, first-served,” says AFCAC.
