Kebbi Government Pledges More Attention On Aviation
The Governor of Kebbi State, Governor Mohammed Nasir Idris says his administration is giving more attention to aviation, seeing it is the safest means of transportation.
Idris who was represented by the Permanent Secretary of Kebbi Airport, Alhaji Habib Mohammed Sebe was speaking at the 29th Annual Conference of League of Airport & Aviation Correspondents (LAAC) held in Lagos with the theme, “Aviation Financing in Nigeria: The Risks, Opportunities and Prospects.”,
He said the airport in Kebbi state was not functional before his administration came on board but that his government is investing in the airport because of the importance of the sector to economic development.
