NCAA Restrains Staff From NLC Warning Strike To Ensure ICAO Audit Success

The Director General, Civil Aviation, Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), Capt. Musa Nuhu has issued a circular restraining staff of the regulatory body from participating in the two-day warning strike called by the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC).
The circular Ref. No: NCAA/DHR&A/03/1549/1/163 Dated 4th September, 2023 reads: “This is to inform all members of staff that Management has directed all staff to report to their duty post. Failure to comply will be taken as sabotage of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Universal Safety Oversight Audit Program (USOAP). The importance of the ongoing Audit in the Aviation industry should not be over emphasized.”
All Regional Managers and Directors were among personnel copied by Wakil Adamu, NCAA’s Director, Human Resources and Administration.
