Gusau Airport Has Opened Up State To Investors, Says Zamfara Governor

Governor Dauda Lawal of Zamfara State says Gusau airport has opened up the state to investors and investments.

Speaking during a media chat today, the Governor said investors are flying into Gusau from different parts of the world to discuss investment in various mineral sectors.

He claimed that the airport is the only airport in Nigeria that is fully equipped with solar electricity power sources and that pilgrims would be flying out from the airport to Saudi Arabia for hajj.

He further said the airport was built within two years.
